Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush in Joliet, IL is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to float between outpatient clinics in Joliet and nearby locations (Westchester, Geneva, Naperville, Oak Brook, Lombard, Aurora). You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, process authorizations, maintain records, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, front desk experience, proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Front desk experience in medical/ PT clinic preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office tech.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and interact well with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments and manage records.
• Process authorizations, verifications and maintain reports.
• Maintain supplies and ensure clinic cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Distribute documentation to physicians and coordinate with staff.
• Support daily clinic operations as needed.
