Midwest ENT in Minnesota is seeking a Clinic Office Assistant to support patient care across ENT, Allergy & Asthma, and Facial Plastics. The role focuses on contributing to a world-class patient experience by handling routine patient care tasks, medical history documentation, and EMR updates.

Join a collaborative team of physicians and staff. This position offers growth opportunities and a Monday–Friday schedule with standard clinic hours; travel between all three clinic locations required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness and ability to travel between all three clinic locations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• CNA certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 1+ year Nursing Assistant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate in routine patient care, including following patient plans, nursing assessments, and vital signs.
• Sterilize all instruments for clinic procedures.
• Assist in observing patient condition.
• Changeover the clinical areas and ensure rooms are replenished with supplies.
• Assist with medical history information and EMR documentation.
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Participate in routine patient care, including following patient plans, nursing assessments, and taking vital signs.
• Sterilize all instruments for clinic procedures.
• Assist in observing patient condition
• Changeover the clinical areas and ensure each room is replenished with supplies.
• Assist with medical history information and help document patient information in the EMR.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness and ability to work and travel between all three clinic locations
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• CPR Certification
• 1+ year of Nursing Assistant experience
