Job summary

Midwest ENT is seeking a Clinic Office Assistant to support patient care across multiple clinics. You will assist with routine care, document patient histories, and help maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.

The role requires travel between clinic locations, sterilization duties, and accurate EMR documentation. A High School Diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for growth within a patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to travel between all three clinic locations and drive may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in routine patient care following patient plans.
• Sterilize instruments for clinic procedures.
• Assist in observing patient condition and document observations.
• Changeover clinical areas and replenish supplies in each room.
• Document patient information in the EMR and assist with medical history.
