Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an LPN to support clinic operations, preparing patients and assisting physicians with procedures and minor surgeries. The role includes performing diagnostic tests, administering medications, and educating patients within the clinic.

The LPN will maintain equipment and coordinate with hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, and other care providers, ensuring smooth patient flow and complete documentation in the medical record.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing (AR or multi-state including AR).
• Degree from an accredited institution.
• ACLS and BLS may be required, depending on the clinic.

The Clinic LPN is responsible for patient preparation and assisting the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries. In addition this role will perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and provide patient education in the clinic. The LPN maintains equipment and acts as a liaison between the physician and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMO's, other physician's offices, and patients. The nurse supports other medical staff members to maintain efficient patient flow and ensures accurate and complete documentation.

• Current LPN license in good standing (either AR license or multi-state license to include AR)
• Degree from an accredited institution.
• ACLS and BLS may be required, depending/based on the clinic

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
