Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Clinic LPN to support patient care in our clinic. You will prepare patients, assist physicians during procedures, perform diagnostic tests, administer medications, educate patients, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires current LPN license in good standing (AR or multi-state including AR) and a degree from an accredited institution. You will coordinate with hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, and other teams to maintain efficient patient flow

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing (AR license or multi-state license to include AR).
• Degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and assist the physician during medical procedures and minor surgeries.
• Perform various diagnostic tests and administer medications as directed.
• Provide patient education and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot clinic equipment as needed.
• Serve as liaison between the physician, hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, and patients.
• Support other medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
