Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an LPN to support clinic operations and assist physicians with procedures and minor surgeries. This role provides patient education, administers medications, and coordinates with hospitals, nursing homes and pharmacies to ensure quality care.
The LPN will maintain equipment, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient flow in a busy clinic setting.
The Clinic LPN is responsible for patient preparation and assisting the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries. In addition this role will perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and provide patient education in the clinic. The LPN maintains equipment and acts as a liaison between the physician and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMO's, other physician's offices, and patients. The nurse supports other medical staff members to maintain efficient patient flow and ensures accurate and complete documentation.
