Job summary

SkinSpirit in Park Ridge is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to support daily operations, drive client satisfaction, and empower a high‑performing team in a fast-paced medical/spa setting.

You will collaborate with the Clinic Manager to achieve monthly revenue goals, oversee staff development, deliver exceptional service, and maintain policy standards while protecting client privacy and confidentiality. This is a full-time on-site role. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly desired; HS Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in medical/spa luxury retail, hospitality, or similar; 4+ years preferred.
• Experience leading and developing diverse teams to achieve high performance.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset for employees.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinic Manager in managing clinic operations to meet standards and procedures.
• Help meet and exceed monthly revenue goals set by leadership.
• Monitor clinic goals: revenue, margins, practitioner sales, discounts, budgets, new/return clients.
• Recruit, retain and develop a high-performing and diverse team.
• Support staff growth through 1:1 touch bases and training.
• Demonstrate clinic leadership on the floor to build client loyalty and brand awareness.
• Oversee client feedback; report to management and share with employees.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with clients, employees, and company.
• Improve systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and service levels.
• Assist leadership with additional tasks as requested.
