Job summary

Qualifications

• Active WA LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• BLS certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of de-escalation techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks to support clinic flow for in-person and virtual patients.
• Obtain and maintain required patient documentation, consents, and releases.
• Collect patient copays and payments per insurance and clinic policies.
• Maintain in-clinic funds and complete bank deposits.
• Provide clinical support within LPN scope and per provider orders.
• Phlebotomy and urine collection as directed.
• Record vital signs accurately and assist with medication reconciliation.
• Administer SubQ and IM injections per protocols.
• Educate patients on treatment plans under provider direction.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team to support care goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and inventory control.
• Ensure HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance.
