Job summary

Ideal Option PLLC is seeking a Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Longview, WA to support clinicians and patients. The role combines clinical duties, patient education, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The LPN will handle phlebotomy, vital signs, injections, medication reconciliation, and coordinated patient care under provider orders, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional communication with the team. Clinic hours are typically Monday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Active Unencumbered LPN License in WA.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in outpatient clinic or hospital.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks to support efficient clinic flow for in-person and virtual patients.
• Obtain and maintain required patient documentation, consents, and releases.
• Collect patient copays and other payments as required by insurance plans and clinic policies.
• Maintain accountability for in-clinic funds, including secure handling of payments and deposits.
• Provide clinical support within the LPN scope of practice per provider orders and clinic policies.
• Phlebotomy and specimen collection as directed by provider.
