Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health seeks a Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to keep daily clinic operations smooth and efficient. You will prepare patient charts, obtain and update information for those seen, and support the clinical team to prioritize tasks and maintain patient flow.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vital signs, assisting with tests and procedures, and documenting in the medical record. Requires WA LPN license and CPR; prior clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• WA Licensed Practical Nurse license upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits; chart prep, record vital signs and allergies.
• Assist with patient care, procedures, and triage within scope.
• Perform point-of-care tests per protocols; document results.
• Administer medications per provider orders and log usage.
• Document in patient records and maintain exam rooms and supplies.
