Job summary

The Blue Venture Fund is seeking a skilled Clinic Registered Nurse to join the healthcare team in Everett, WA. This role provides clinical and administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations, assisting providers and patients with care, documentation and communication.

Responsibilities include phlebotomy, vital signs, injections, patient education, and collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team to reach treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Active Unencumbered RN license in WA.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in outpatient or clinic settings.
• BLS certification required or equivalent.
• Proficient with standard computer applications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks to support efficient clinic flow for in-person and virtual patients.
• Obtain and maintain required patient documentation, consents, and releases.
• Collect patient copays and other payments as required by insurance plans and clinic policies.
• Maintain accountability for in-clinic funds and deposits.
• Provide clinical support within RN scope and provider orders, including phlebotomy, vital signs, and injections.
• Educate patients about treatment plans and answer questions.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support recovery goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning and manage inventory.
