Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in WA required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in outpatient clinic or hospital setting.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with computers including MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with serving underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks to support efficient clinic flow for in-person and virtual patients.
• Obtain and maintain required patient documentation, consents, and releases.
• Collect patient copays and other payments as required by insurance plans and clinic policies.
• Maintain accountability for in-clinic funds, including secure handling of payments and deposits.
• Provide clinical support within LPN scope of practice and provider orders.
