Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors security technology systems and cameras.
• De-escalation to calm individuals and resolve conflicts.
• Intervenes to protect safety when patients act aggressively or violently.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance when reporting incidents.
• Respond to bomb threats and suspicious packages following protocols.
• Participate in drills like infant abduction and active shooter scenarios.
• Conduct searches of patients and narcotics with proper legal compliance.
• Perform safety inspections of walkways, extinguishers and facility risks.
• Enforce parking regulations to ensure safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with HR and law enforcement on investigations.
