Qualifications

• Current Driver’s License (if applicable for the role).
• Current Basic Life Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• At least 21 years of age.
• If located in the State of Montana Security Guard Licensure is required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security technology systems including cameras, access control, and alarms.
• De-escalate conflicts using verbal and non-verbal strategies.
• Respond to emergencies and protect patients, staff, and visitors.
• Assist in drills such as infant abduction and active shooter scenarios.
• Conduct safety inspections and parking enforcement.
• Collaborate with HR and law enforcement on investigations.
