Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Driver’s License (if applicable for the role).
• Current Basic Life Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Montana Security Guard Licensure required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor security technology systems, including surveillance cameras, access control, and alarms.
• De-escalate using verbal and non‑verbal strategies to resolve conflicts.
• Respond to emergencies and protect staff, patients, visitors, and Intermountain property.
• Conduct safety inspections, enforce parking regulations, and improve facility safety.
• Collaborate with HR and law enforcement to conduct investigations and protect confidentiality.
