Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for fee-for-service, hourly work across New Haven, Fairfield, Middlesex & Southern Hartford/Litchfield areas. You will supervise therapists, design intervention plans, and collaborate with families to support children with ASD.

This role requires a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA/LBA credentials, and at least one year of supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• BCBA and LBA credentials required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision experience.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and patient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and set meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists, with feedback while preserving program integrity.
• Clinically review session notes and analyze data to guide changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers participate through training and communication.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
