Job summary

BasePoint in Arlington seeks an Executive Director to lead our behavioral health clinic for adolescents and young adults. You will translate vision into action, build a high-performing team, and drive performance across operations and clinical care.

You’ll own KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leaders to improve access to care. This role requires a Master’s in counseling/social work, Texas licensure eligibility, and 5+ years of clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or equivalent behavioral health field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Current Texas license as an LPC, LPC-S, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational and clinical leader of the facility with ownership of performance, quality, and team development.
• Translate organizational goals into clear priorities and action.
• Lead a high-performing team and drive monthly KPIs, improving results quickly.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, documentation, and patient care.
