Job summary

Vetcove is seeking a Clinic Growth Manager to design and run programs that keep thousands of veterinary clinics engaged, growing, and getting real value from our platform. You’ll develop programs using data, content, and community to move clinics at scale.

Responsibilities include newsletters, seminars, webinars on best practices, playbooks and self-serve resources, and leading sessions to share updates. You’ll monitor usage trends and flag at-risk accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and running engagement programs.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a clinic community program including newsletters and referral initiatives.
• Develop and run clinic-focused seminars and educational webinars.
• Create playbooks, how-to guides, and self-serve resources.
• Lead best practice sessions to share learnings and updates.
• Analyze usage trends to identify underperforming clinics and plan re-engagement.
• Monitor platform health metrics to flag at-risk accounts.
