AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead and manage front office operations across AltaMed sites. The role focuses on implementing quality, cost-effective, and efficient systems in partnership with Administrative & Medical leadership.

The supervisor oversees assessments and standardization of patient care processes, requiring frontline leadership, healthcare experience, and bilingual communication to support diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Healthcare experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year Lead or Supervisory experience in customer facing organization required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA or Red Cross guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Healthcare experience required.

Compensation

$72,841.60 - $87,409.92 annually
