Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA, RHC, PCPCH standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk, scheduling, and non-clinical staff.
• Oversee patient appointment scheduling, registration, and insurance verification workflows.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office; lead staff meetings and performance metrics.
