Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care is seeking a Clinic Practice Manager I to lead day-to-day operations for a 1-4 provider pulmonology clinic. You will oversee staff, optimize patient access, and support provider operations within a collaborative clinic environment.

Reporting to the Clinic Director, you will manage scheduling oversight, quality improvement initiatives, budgeting, and billing compliance, while serving as an EPIC super-user to drive performance and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in ambulatory or outpatient practice management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field – or equivalent experience.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 1-4 provider clinics, ensuring efficient workflow and patient-centered care.
• Develop and implement clinic processes to improve access, scheduling, provider productivity, and patient throughput.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (RHC, PCPCH, OSHA, HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid), and ensure certifications are current.
• Coordinate facility needs including maintenance, supply procurement, and technology updates.
• Act as EPIC super-user to support optimization, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Foster a team culture rooted in service excellence, communication, and accountability.
