Job summary

Full-time, day shift with pay range $16.00–$24.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Strong interpersonal skills and accuracy are essential to support smooth patient flow and compliance with clinic policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider cert or obtained within three months of hire.
• Proof of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.
• Must read, write, and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Demonstrate Trinity Health values in behavior and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and visitors at the clinic.
• Schedule and manage appointments according to guidelines.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/deductibles at point of service.
• Enter demographics and insurance data into the EHR and other systems.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
