Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments according to office guidelines.
• Greet and register patients with warmth and efficiency and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Prepare patient charts and perform check-in/check-out procedures, process payments and coordinate follow-up appointments.
• Communicate any appointment delays promptly to patients and ensure timely information flow.
