Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• One year of experience in a customer service role is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and check in patients.
• Delivers a high level of customer service by ensuring patient satisfaction and optimizing provider time.
• Manage front desk operations and assist clinicians with patient care.
• Process incoming faxes and entering patient data into EMR.
• Generate reports and maintain confidentiality and records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinic environment.
• Assist patients during therapy and with equipment as needed.
• Answer calls from physicians, hospitals, and patients with professional service.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Perform light cleaning and basic hygiene maintenance.
