Job summary

The Patient Services Representative at Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) supports our Edina clinic by greeting patients, collecting demographics and billing information, and assisting with registration to ensure smooth check-in. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with a focus on courteous service, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Customer service experience, telephone skills, and basic Windows computer skills.
• Working knowledge of clinical front desk is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the clinic in a professional and courteous manner.
• Obtain demographic and billing information for accurate and timely billing.
• Check patients in, photocopy insurance cards, obtain signatures, and register patients.
• Answer phones promptly and schedule appointments.
• Review Provider schedules and maintain schedule flow.
• Follow confidentiality and payment rule protocols.
