Endocrinology Clinic of Minneapolis seeks a dedicated Patient Services Representative for our Edina location. The role handles patient check-in, greeting, and basic administrative tasks.

The position requires strong customer service, phone skills, and familiarity with clinic front desk operations. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, with comprehensive benefits and support from i-Health.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Phone handling and basic Windows computer skills.
• Front desk clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the clinic in a timely and courteous manner.
• Gather demographics and billing information for accurate billing procedures.
• Photocopy insurance cards, obtain signatures, register, and check-in patients.
• Answer phones within a reasonable time.
• Review provider schedules daily for days off and flow.
