Job summary

Revo Health in Edina is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, verify demographics, and manage registrations at the clinic’s front desk. You will handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and help maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

The role requires strong customer service, basic Windows skills, and a high school diploma, with a full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm at the Edina location.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and telephone handling.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems used in front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the clinic in a professional and courteous manner.
• Obtain demographic and billing information to assist in accurate and timely billing procedures.
• Photocopy insurance cards, obtain signatures, complete registration, and check patients in.
• Answer phones within a reasonable time frame.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules for days off and flow.
• Understand confidentiality, HIPAA, and related regulations; release information per policy.
• Participate in patient-centered care and support the care team.
