Job summary

Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) is seeking a Patient Intake Services Specialist to register and schedule patients in a call center setting for Twin Cities Orthopedics. You will verify insurance and communicate appointment details with accuracy and care.

This full-time role runs 9:30am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-5:00pm Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus for select roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility in relation to pre-registration or appointment scheduling preferred.
• Previous experience in a call-center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new and existing patients in the practice management system.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Communicate appointment details, directions, check-in times, referrals, and copayments to patients.
• Verify and document insurance information per current practices.
• Maintain appointment reports and scheduling modules.
