Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of patient care experience in a health care facility.
• Nursing/medical assistant training or CNA acceptable.
• EMT/Paramedic certification acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree acceptable for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic workflow.
• Register patients and process registrations.
• Triage telephone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
• Handle billing, collections and cash management.
• Coordinate patient check-in/out and referrals.
