Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
• Register patients and process registrations and documentation.
• Handle multi-line phone system and patient communications.
• Post charges, manage cash, and assist with billing and collections.
• Coordinate interpreters and support front desk operations.
• Provide customer service and referrals management.
