Drayer Physical Therapy in Lemoyne, PA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic operations and patient intake. This entry-level role emphasizes friendly customer service and accurate coordination of referrals, insurance verification, scheduling, and payments.

You will work with the Clinic Director to maintain efficient front-office workflows, handle non-clinical documentation, and help create a welcoming patient experience. Monday–Friday, full-time.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service and front-office support.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and ensure timely arrivals.
• Manage schedule and document routing.
• Handle non-clinical documentation and deposits.
• Monitor caseload, chart updates, and insurance reporting.
• Participate in required trainings and compliance.
