• Two years of patient/customer care experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer, direct, and route all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Answer general patient questions and refer questions beyond scope to the appropriate party.
• Quote and discuss surgical fees, service fees, co-pays, and financing options with patients.
