Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers of Texas is hiring a full-time Ophthalmic Technician for our Arlington clinic. We are willing to train the right candidate and offer comprehensive benefits.

The role includes preparing patients for eye exams, handling preliminary testing, and supporting patient care in a fast-paced ophthalmology setting. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, and experience in ophthalmology.

Qualifications

• Previous Ophthalmic Technician experience in ophthalmology setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for medical eye exams with the clinical doctor by completing preliminary testing.
• Complete prior authorizations for patient medications.
• Utilize EHR system to capture patient history and vision concerns.
• Support the company mission by creating outstanding patient experiences.
