Job summary

Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for our Gun Barrel City, TX clinic. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and help with payments and basic billing.

Qualifications

• Two years of patient/customer care experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive.
• Answer, assist, and direct incoming calls promptly.
• Answer general questions about procedures and refer beyond scope.
• Explain surgical/service fees, co-pays, policies, and financing options.
• Check patients in/out and schedule appointments as needed.
• Bill visits, collect payments, and enter CPT/ICD-10 codes.
• Assist with end-of-day counts and prepare daily deposits.
