Job summary

Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers of Texas is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to greet patients and support our ophthalmology clinic in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, delivering friendly, professional service. The ideal candidate has at least two years of patient or customer care experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer, assist, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate parties.
• Answer general patient questions about procedures and referrals as needed.
• Check patients in and out and schedule appointments.
• Bill out visits through insurance, collect payments, and enter CPT/ICD-10 codes.
• Assist with end-of-day counts and prepare accurate daily deposits.
