Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado, seeks a Clinic Director who will lead clinic operations, staff, and performance to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflows.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to build positive relationships while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and EMR systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, with 5+ years of practice management and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; able to work independently.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety practices, and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
• Ability to manage records, prepare reports, and support performance improvement.
• Ability to learn EMR and related systems within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow management.
• Manage clinic budgets, goals, performance metrics, and improvements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, training, and standards.
• Collaborate with GRHD leadership to address concerns and strengthen patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
