Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado seeks a Clinic Director to lead clinic operations, staff, and performance to deliver high‑quality patient care and efficient workflows.

You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, scheduling, recruitment, training, and compliance, while building strong relationships with patients, medical staff, and the community.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field and several years in practice management with supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Five years of practice management experience preferred.
• At least three years of supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and workforce needs.
• Manage clinic budgets, establish annual goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement operational improvements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, staff training, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with GRHD leadership and departments to address concerns, support organizational initiatives, and strengthen patient care and community relationships.
• Perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
