Job summary

Grand River Health in Rifle, CO is seeking a Clinical Informatics Manager to lead daily operations of clinical informatics and support the EHR and clinical applications. You will supervise analysts, participate in build/config, and partner with clinical leaders to improve workflows with technology solutions.

The role focuses on end-user training, system changes, upgrades, and ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance, while collaborating across IS and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a health/IT field.
5+ years of clinical informatics, EHR support, or healthcare IT experience.
1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
Experience with Epic EHR build and configuration in at least one clinical area.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach Clinical Informatics Analysts and oversee day-to-day team operations.
Hands-on in EHR and clinical application build, config, testing, and optimization.
Analyze workflows with clinical leaders; translate needs into system solutions.
Coordinate end-user training, changes, upgrades, and adoption.
