ATI Physical Therapy in Springfield, VA is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a dedicated team and oversee daily operations, including payroll and scheduling, while driving a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care. You will supervise staff, ensure productivity targets, and collaborate across disciplines to address patient concerns.

A licensed Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapist (or licensure eligibility) is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT, PT assistant, or OT or eligible for licensure in state of practice.
• Degree from an accredited PT/PTA/OT program.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated clinic team aligned with ATI's mission.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off approvals, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a patient-centered environment.
• Meet or exceed operational performance goals, including productivity and patient care standards.
• Support change management and communicate key messages between corporate and clinic teams.
• Oversee performance reviews and development plans for staff.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Foster relationships with patients, community, and referral sources.
