ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a dedicated team, oversee daily clinic operations, and foster a supportive, patient-centered environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with the clinic team to address patient concerns and drive high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an accredited PT/PTA/OT degree with current licensure and will guide performance through regular reviews, while partnering with leadership to maintain excellence in musculoskeletal care.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy.
• Current professional licensure as PT/PTA/OT or license eligible by state.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated clinic team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet operational goals for productivity, scheduling and patient care standards, while achieving positive outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts and communicate key messages between corporate and clinic teams.
• Support team development with regular performance feedback and annual reviews.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Build relationships with patients, the community, and referral sources.
