Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated clinic team aligned with ATI's mission.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off, and scheduling.
• Address patient concerns and maintain a supportive patient-centered environment.
• Achieve operational goals for productivity, scheduling and care standards.
• Lead change management communications between corporate and clinic teams.
• Oversee performance reviews and development plans for staff.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Foster relationships with patients, the community, and referral sources.
