ATI Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Director in Springfield, VA to lead a high-performing team, oversee daily clinic operations, payroll, scheduling, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes and service.

You will collaborate with clinicians, drive ATI's mission, provide leadership development, and manage performance reviews, benefits, and staff engagement, while balancing patient care and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with leadership experience.
• Experience managing a rehab clinic or similar setting.
• Proven ability to drive patient outcomes and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission.
• Manage daily clinic operations, payroll, time off approvals, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a patient-centered environment.
• Meet operational goals, including productivity and patient care standards.
• Lead change management efforts and communicate with corporate and clinic teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused plans.
• Build relationships with patients, the community, and referral sources.
