You will drive operational performance, develop treatment plans, and maintain strong community and referral relationships within the clinic's footprint.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission to deliver patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off approvals, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet or exceed operational performance goals, including productivity and patient care standards, with positive outcomes.
• Lead change management communications between corporate and clinic teams.
• Oversee employee performance cycles with regular feedback and annual reviews.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources.
