Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state where applying.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team that aligns with ATI's mission and delivers patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off, and employee scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet operational performance goals, including productivity and patient care standards.
• Communicate change management efforts between corporate and clinic teams.
• Lead performance management through regular feedback, reviews and improvement plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Foster relationships with patients, the community, and referral sources.
