ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director in Springfield, VA to lead daily clinic operations and a patient-centered team. The role focuses on building relationships with patients, staff, and referral sources while ensuring high-quality musculoskeletal care and strong operational performance.

The ideal candidate will have a PT/PTA/OT degree, current licensure, and a track record in leadership within outpatient rehab, with compensation in the range of $100k–$128k per year.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team that aligns with ATI's mission, fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive, patient-centered environment.
• Meet operational performance goals, including productivity, patient scheduling and care standards, while driving positive patient outcomes.
