Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director in Saint Joseph, MO to lead care delivery across our integrated model. You’ll guide your team, build trusted relationships, and help residents stay active, independent, and supported.

Through EmpowerMe 360, you’ll coordinate therapy, wellness, and medical services, mentor clinicians, and drive program development while ensuring a seamless resident experience and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
