Job summary

Ivy Health, based in Massachusetts, seeks a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a growing clinic and become an equity partner. You will shape culture, patient experience, and clinic operations with support from a national network including Marketing, HR, and IT.

The ideal candidate has a DPT, state license, and 3+ years in healthcare, with outpatient orthopedic experience and leadership skills to mentor staff and grow the clinic community.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinic team and drive patient-centered care.
• Mentor clinicians and build a positive, collaborative culture.
• Shape clinic location, culture, and patient experience as Equity Partner.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM support.
