Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director, equity partner, licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts. You will lead a clinic team, shape culture, and enhance patient experiences while mentoring staff.

You’ll partner with a growing network of 400+ clinics nationwide, receive support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, and operations, and have a path toward equity ownership with a strong compensation range.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinic team and mentor staff to deliver patient care.
• Shape clinic location, culture, and patient experience.
• Partner with Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, and operations for support.
