Job summary

Ivy Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a team, mentor clinicians, and shape a clinic from the ground up as an Equity Partner. You’ll influence location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a national network of Ivy Rehab clinics.

The role offers leadership growth, equity potential, and support from Marketing, HR, Legal, IT, and more as you build exceptional care across physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapies.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
