Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a clinic and help shape its culture, team development, and patient experience. The role offers equity partnership and involvement in clinic location decisions across a national network.

The ideal candidate is a DPT with a valid license, 3+ years in healthcare (outpatient orthopedic preferred), and a passion for mentoring others while growing a clinic and community impact.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the practicing state is required or eligible.
• At least 3+ years in a healthcare setting with an outpatient orthopedic focus preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a clinical team across therapy services.
• Mentor clinicians and build a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
• Shape location strategy, culture, and patient experience from the ground up.
• Partner with Ivy Rehab to drive growth and ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
